3.2 Product Quality

All our wigs are made from 100% premium human hair, carefully selected to meet our quality standards. While we strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions, please note that:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions
• Hair texture and density may have natural variations
• Custom-colored wigs may have slight variations from batch to batch

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

5.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier – DHL or FedEx, Delivery Time – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Carrier – EMS, Delivery Time – 15-25 business days after shipment

5.3 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

5.4 Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5.5 Delivery Issues

If you experience issues with delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The wig must be in its original, unworn condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The lace must not be cut or altered in any way
• The wig must not show signs of styling, coloring, or customization
• The item must be in resalable condition

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature and hygiene requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom Colored Wigs (including #613 Wigs, #99J Burgundy/Red Wigs, Auburn Wigs, Ginger Wigs, and all Colored Wigs)
• Customized Lace Wigs where the lace has been customized or cut
• Wigs that have been installed, styled with products, or altered in any way
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Email the required information to [email protected]
3. Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked
4. Ship using a trackable method

6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
• Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after approval

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

6.5 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
