Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The wig must be in its original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The lace must not be cut or altered in any way
  • The wig must not show signs of styling, coloring, or customization
  • The item must be in resalable condition

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature and hygiene requirements of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Colored Wigs (including #613 Wigs, #99J Burgundy/Red Wigs, Auburn Wigs, Ginger Wigs, and all Colored Wigs from our menu)
  • Customized Lace Wigs where the lace has been customized or cut
  • Wigs that have been installed, styled with products, or altered in any way
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form

Email the following information to [email protected]:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order number and date
  • Product name and SKU (if available)
  • Detailed reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Once you receive your RA number and shipping instructions:

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for valuable items)

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Store Credit: Immediate upon approval

Deductions

Please note the following deductions may apply:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference plus any additional shipping costs.

  • Different color of the same style (subject to availability)
  • Different style in the same price range
  • Different cap construction (e.g., 13×4 Lace Wig to 13×6 Full Lace Wig)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
