While we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and high-quality images, we recognize that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with our premium human hair wigs.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The wig must be in its original, unworn condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The lace must not be cut or altered in any way
- The wig must not show signs of styling, coloring, or customization
- The item must be in resalable condition
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis and to maintain quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Colored Wigs (including #613 Wigs, #99J Burgundy/Red Wigs, Auburn Wigs, Ginger Wigs, and all Colored Wigs from our menu)
- Customized Lace Wigs where the lace has been customized or cut
- Wigs that have been installed, styled with products, or altered in any way
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
Due to the custom nature of colored wigs and the hygiene requirements of hair products, these items are exempt from our standard return policy.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 2: Complete the Return Form
Use the template below to submit your return or exchange request:
Step 3: Package and Ship
Once you receive your RA number and shipping instructions:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for valuable items)
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after approval
- Store Credit: Immediate upon approval
Deductions
Please note the following deductions may apply:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference plus any additional shipping costs.
Exchange Options
- Different color of the same style (subject to availability)
- Different style in the same price range
- Different cap construction (e.g., 13×4 Lace Wig to 13×6 Full Lace Wig)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
